Looking ahead for a new goal?  Come join Menlo Fit boot campers as we participate in the Taji 100 Challenge ( during the month of February!  Have fun and build community while building a healthier you!  The objective of the Taji 100 is to run/ walk/ elliptical 100 miles during the 28 days of February.  It is FREE to participate in this nonprofit challenge, or if you buy the participant packet, proceeds go to support veterans’ organizations.  Simply register (@ and each day log your own mileage toward meeting the goal!  Menlo Fit has done this challenge for the past five years, and WE LOVE IT!!!

Each Friday in February, Menlo Fit is offering a FREE COMMUNITY WALK/ RUN (3 miles) @ 7-8am, leaving from the Arrillaga Family Gym on Alma Street, Menlo Park.  Please invite family and friends to join us in promoting an active lifestyle!  You are also invited to try out one of our boot camp classes, which meet before the run (6-6:50am) and after (8:15-9:05am) — (!

FREE Community Walk/ Run Dates: 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22 @ 7-8am!
