Aqua Fit Pro


Aqua Fit Pro is a private class for adults who want personalized attention and guidance on how to get the most out of Aqua Fit to meet their personal needs. These individual sessions are designed to provide holistic, progressive, restorative outcomes for conditions such as arthritis, FMS, back, hip and knee pain, and poor fitness. Start out your new health and wellness program with the guidance of an experienced personal aquatic wellness trainer, who will assess your strengths and weaknesses and design a therapeutic and functional exercise program that meets the needs of your body, and your personal improvement goals. If you harbor a fear of water, confidently overcome this challenge in personalized sessions. Book one lesson to orientate yourself to correct exercise and body alignment and how to make the most of your efforts at the pool to improve your health and fitness. After initial session/s the trainer can refer you to the correct exercise class for your needs, or you can choose to book ongoing private lessons if you prefer.


Monday – Friday. Lesson times are individually scheduled based on client’s preference in coordination with lane availability.

Lessons are 30 or 60 minutes in length

All lessons need to be booked 48 hours in advanced. Any changes to the schedule must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

No makeups.

Payment is due upon verbal confirmation and prior to lesson attendance. Credit card information provided at the time of registration will be processed upon registration. In the case of declined charges, you will be invoiced for the amount due plus a fee of $25.00.

Credit card payments will appear as a charge from Menlo Swim and Sport.

All lesson payments are final and non-refundable.

Meet the Pro


Sheralee Beebe

Sheralee Beebe, BA, Medical Exercise Specialist, is a Post-Rehab Aquatic Specialist, who has been practicing aquatic fitness and therapy since 1991. She has developed three full-service aquatic rehab programs in Canada and California. Sheralee is the co-author of the ATRI Rheumatology Certification and The Aquatic Therapy Chronic Pain Manual. Sheralee has been on faculty with the Aquatic Therapy and Rehab Institute as a workshop presenter from 1996 to 2012. She has been certified by AEA, CALA, and SCW in aquatic fitness and ATRI in aquatic therapy. Sheralee is also certified in advanced Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Aqua Stretch and Watsu (water Shiatsu). Sheralee has been a private aquatic specialist and medical exercise specialist working out of people’s homes and swimming pools for the last 9 years.
