Water polo benefits when kids don’t specialize. Recently, I was interviewed by the Positive Coaching Alliance and the topic of “specialization” was discussed. I didn’t realize I was against it until I saw the interview online.

Water Exercise: High Intensity Interval Training

High Intensity Interval Training consists of a warm up period of exercise, followed by three to ten repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, and ending with a period of cool down exercise.

Many of you may have noticed the “Long Lane” is not used by the Menlo Swim School between the hours of 4pm and 6pm on weekday afternoons. You may ask where has is gone?
