If you have been spending time in the San Francisco Bay Area recently, then you know we have been experiencing hotter than normal temperatures as early as May of this year. And, it looks like the summer of 2014 is going to be a hot one! It is very important to stay hydrated and to get your outside workouts done early in the morning, or better yet, take your workouts indoors at any time of the day. A well-ventilated workout studio with lots of blowing fans will do the trick, and you can avoid the crazy summer heat!
At Menlo Swim and Sport this summer, we will be updating our Beyond Studio Cycling schedule, adding “fresh air” cycling classes. We offer you the chance to cycle outdoors on one of our bikes under the tent close to the pool deck at Burgess Pool. In addition to our one day a week “fresh air” classes, we will be offering a variety of specialized cycling formats such as TABATA Spin (Combination Spin/Core & Abs), Spin-tensity (Combination Spin/Endurance), and High-intensity Interval classes.
Beyond Studio Cycling Summer Special Membership is for 10 weeks of unlimited cycling classes for $65.00 from June 23 – August 30, 2014.
Check us out and keep your workouts going throughout the dog days of summer with Beyond Studio Cycling at Menlo Swim & Sport.
