We are very excited to announce our new program registration system, PerfectMind, for both Menlo and Palo Alto Swim & Sport. PerfectMind will replace Mindbody as our primary registration system for our programming moving forward.
Menlo Park and Palo Alto’s programs will be under one Team Sheeper system. Team Sheeper operates both Menlo Swim & Sport and Palo Alto Swim & Sport. Although you will be able to register for both locations in one system, you will need to purchase a membership for each city you regularly use as each location is a separate entity and is kept separate. When you first login to PerfectMind’s website, you will see a new logo at the top for Team Sheeper.

We believe PerfectMind will be more beneficial for all of our users in navigating, updating, scheduling and purchasing programming for our businesses. Having all of our programs under one system will provide a smooth and comprehensive user experience. Whether it’s Lap Swim and Aqua Fit or Swim School and Masters, PerfectMind has ALL of our programs under one system for both our companies.

A: Unfortunately, not online. However, you can email customer service after you have created an account and added a credit card.
Q: Do I need a new membership key card?
A: No, we can use your current one but we will need to attach your current membership card to your new PerfectMind account. Please stop by the front desk to attach your card.
Q: What if I have a credit or prepaid service on Mindbody?
