Menlo Swim and Sport emphasizes the "sport" with dry-land programs all about fitness and healthy lifestyles. With boot camps, indoor cycling, and more, you can enjoy boosting your strength and endurance while learning something new at the Arrillaga Family Gymnastics Center and in the surrounding fields of Burgess Park. We even offer a super duper Sunday running group that explores nearby trails and paths in the Baylands and foothills of the Bay Area!

Add running to your fitness routine with Tuesday training runs and Sunday endurance run-workouts that can include obstacle courses and strength training, just for fun. We welcome all runners, at all levels!
